We offer six levels of standard service which range from basic delivery of food in recyclable containers, through to complete formal event set up, management and clearance.

Staff, where provided, are fully trained and dress in a stylish and distinctive chocolate and linen dress with handmade, fairly traded Indian costume jewellery.

Our standard buffet display comprises of cream linen with simple leaf and floral colouring to your taste. We can, however, provide bespoke table themes and welcome the challenge of new or different ideas you may have. Examples of themes we have provided for in the past include; christening blue, christening pink, communion white, china/silver/ruby/gold/diamond anniversaries, Mexican, Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, New World, Mediterranean, glass, contemporary, funeral, Easter & Christmas.

Canapes, when staffed, are served from your choice of 'fair-trade' hand made wooden trays or traditional polished stainless steel trays, by our uniformed staff.

Tea, coffee & condiments are served from chrome cafetieres and pots when service is provided or left in plain white air pots when delivery only is required.
